Corrected Block diagram 7

in this post i will post about the correct block diagram which has been corrected by my advisor. As mention in the previous post, the project contains of 2 parts:

1. Controller ( Transmitter)
2.Robot ( Receiver)

I will explain about the first block diagram which is the controller.

Transmitter (controller) Block Diagram
As shown in the block diagram above, the battery will supply voltage to the PIC through the voltage regulator. it is used to step down the 9V to 5V. PIC only needs 5V to operate. if its more than 5V the PIC will burn. The push button is actually ON and OFF for the circuit. if the button is push ON the IR transmitter will be sending signal to the robot. The Blue LED indicates that the transmitter are sending data.

Below is the block diagram for the robot.

Robot (receiver) Block Diagram.

The block diagram above shows a similar block diagram with the first but it have additional sensor and component. the battery will supply voltage to the PIC, the IR sensor will sense the obstacle in front of the robot. if there is an obstacle, the PIC will automatically read the data and process it. the IR Receiver will receive signal from the transmitter. the signal then will be send to the PIC for it to read the data. once the data is read, it will send the signal to the motor driver. the 3 LED which are green, red and blue. blue indicates the PIC receive the signal transmitted. red indicates the motor is stop and the green indicates the motor is running.
